SHIPPING
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are handcrafted and typically ship within 5-7 business days. All orders ship USPS First Class (2-5 days) but upgrades are available at checkout.
My package hasn’t arrived, what can I do?
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you never received it, please contact us at help@shinnsparkle.com and contact your local post office for assistance.

What is your return policy?
Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns, please purchase with thought as all sales are final. However, if you receive your package and the items are damaged, or if the product breaks within your warranty window due to craftsmanship or manufacture defect, please contact help@shinnsparkle.com for assistance. What’s the difference between gold filled and gold plated?Gold Filled:
Gold fill has been applied to a base metal (usually jeweler’s brass) in a process of heat and pressure. This ensures that the gold coating will not flake, chip, or rub off like gold plating will. It’s also great for those with sensitive skin, as only gold is touching the skin.
Gold Plated:
Gold plating has a very thin layer of gold applied to a base metal, and over time will lose it’s protective layer – allowing that base metal to come in direct contact with your skin which may then lead to sensitivities. This is why we ensure that all of our gold ear wires are 14KT gold filled, not plated.
